Custom Orders
At Iqbal Industry, we create fully customized uniforms and apparel tailored specifically for each customer, team, or organization. Due to the bespoke nature of these products, we cannot offer refunds on custom orders.

Terms and Conditions:

Non-Refundable Order: This is a custom order and is non-refundable.
Turnaround Time: The average production time is 15 to 20 business days.
Rush Orders: For expedited production, turnaround time is 10-15 business days.
Agreement: By completing your payment, you agree to our No Refund & No Returns policy.
We encourage clients to order a custom sample of their designed uniform to inspect the overall look and ensure it meets their expectations. Once an order has been confirmed and placed without a custom sample, Iqbal Industry is not liable for any dissatisfaction that may arise.

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds on Custom Orders:

Sizing:
Our sizing charts are available at iqbalindustry.co.uk/sizing-chart. Our products are made according to these measurements with a tolerance of +/-10%. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size. Sizing cannot be based on free samples sent out; only custom samples or sizing kits are reliable for this purpose.

Colors:
The colors on your uniforms and apparel are chosen using the Pantone color codes in your designs or the closest match based on the fabric. Pantone colors are displayed on your artwork, and any specific color codes must be provided to us. Because colors may vary slightly depending on the fabric’s GSM, weight, and type, we do not offer refunds for minor color variations. Refunds are only applicable in cases of significant color errors (e.g., Navy instead of Sky Blue).

Designs & Graphics:
The designs we create are a general representation of the final product. While we strive to match the designs exactly, we cannot guarantee a 100% match. Placement, logo sizes, numbers, and other specifications must be confirmed in writing and noted in the design template. For this reason, we do not offer refunds for design discrepancies.

Turnaround Time:
Our standard production time is 15 to 20 business days (3-4 weeks), starting from the moment designs, sizes/numbers, and payment are confirmed. While we take every measure to deliver on time, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery and do not offer refunds for late orders. However, rush fees will be refunded if a rush order is delayed.

Cancelled Orders:
Once payment is made, your order is initiated unless otherwise agreed upon with an account manager. If you wish to cancel, a cancellation fee will be charged to cover our expenses (printing, fabrics, labor, etc.). The fee structure is as follows:

1-2 days = 15%
3 days = 25%
4 days = 35%
5-7 days = 50%
8+ days = 100%
Return Policy:
Issues that may qualify for a redo or credit must be reported within 7 days of receipt. This includes design errors, misspelled names, missing items, or damaged items. Visual evidence of the issue must be provided. Replacement items typically take 15 business days to process after the issue has been investigated.

Warranty:
Iqbal Industry offers a 30-day warranty on all custom uniforms and apparel. If your item has defects or rips within this period, we will replace it free of charge with proper documentation. After 30 days, we are no longer liable for any damage.

Policy for Add-Ons:

A 25% charge applies to all add-ons (under 10 pieces) if the client has previously ordered 10+ items.
A 40% charge applies to orders under 10 pieces if the client has not previously ordered at least 10 items.
Add-on production time is 3-4 weeks.
Policy for Rush Orders:

The minimum rush order fee is 15% or whichever is higher.
Turnaround for rush orders is 15 business days from the payment date.
There are no guarantees for rush orders, but rush fees will be refunded if the order is not delivered within 15 business days.
Duties & Taxes:
Iqbal Industry ships worldwide, and duty fees/taxes may be imposed by your country, which are the client’s responsibility. We primarily ship with FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Please refer to their official websites for further details on their policies.
